Shipping Policy
Where we ship
MarkFlags Co. currently ships throughout the United Kingdom — England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. All UK shipping is free, on every order, every size. We don't ship internationally at this time; if you're outside the UK and want a flag, email us at MarkFlags@outlook.com and we'll let you know if that changes.
How long it takes
Every flag is made to order by hand in Mark's workshop — nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. That's what makes each piece worth owning, and it's also why we ask for a little patience:
- Production: 7–14 business days from order confirmation. This is when your flag is cut, carved, charred, sanded, and finished.
- Shipping: 3–5 business days once your flag leaves the workshop.
- Total: 10–19 business days from order to doorstep.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. During busy periods (launches, seasonal sales, holidays), production may run toward the longer end of that window — if your order will exceed 19 business days for any reason, we'll email you before that point with an updated timeline and the option to cancel for a full refund.
Order confirmation and tracking
You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a dispatch email with a tracking number the moment your flag ships. If you haven't received a dispatch email within 14 business days of ordering, check your spam folder first, then contact us at MarkFlags@outlook.com and we'll chase it up straight away.
Packaging
Solid timber is heavy and corners are vulnerable, so every flag is corner-protected and double-wrapped before it goes in the box. We package these like they matter, because they do.
If your order arrives damaged
Take photos of the damage and the packaging as soon as you open it, and email them to MarkFlags@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery. We handle the courier claim ourselves and send a replacement at no cost to you — you never have to deal with the carrier. (Missing the 48-hour window doesn't void your legal rights; it just helps us win the courier claim. Get in touch either way.)
Wrong address?
If you've entered the wrong delivery address, email us immediately. We can update it any time before dispatch. Once a parcel is with the courier we'll do our best to redirect it, but we can't guarantee it.
